Music Would make You Move

Music is among the great motivational factors... whether you're working out, or having a night out... listening to the right music will determine how much we love what we are doing.

Music can put you into your "zone", makes you feel motivated to move and can elevate your mood.

Why do we like music? Each generation has a different answer. However, regardless of the answer, both generations can acknowledge that it has an impact on their health. This can be achieved through a variety of ways... such as emotional experiences, and recalling.

Maybe you've had a bad day, and you're laying on the couch with your headphones on playing the new album from your favorite artist or you're doing some exercise.

Music can provide a respite from fatigue and pain to the point that you do not dislike that stitch on your side! It can boost your mood and boost endurance. A song Billionaire B that is upbeat can motivate you to work harder to make the time spent working out seem as if it went by in a flash.

It's hard to resist listening to the theme from Rocky (Gonna Fly Right Now), AC/DC's You Shook Me All Night Long or Survivor's Eye of the Tiger to make you feel pumped!

When you're doing yoga or studying, how about a more tranquil playlist music like Yellow by Coldplay and Mix it Up Bob Marley?

Do you like dancing the night away to the latest tunes from Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber It's a fantastic opportunity to spend time with friends as well as meet new people and get a workout! Dancing can even help improve your balance.

Some say that listening to soft music may cause people to slow down eating, making them more mindful of what they are eating and how much they eat.

A few people prefer to listen to music while working in an effort to focus on the tasks at hand, (or to simply block out the man in the next cubicle that calls constantly!) They claim that they are more efficient and can think of more ideas while listening to music, as it improves their mood. However, there are some who feel that wearing earbuds or headphones throughout the day is considered unacceptable and as if people did not perform their duties.

No matter what music you listen and where there are so many choices to listen to music. From Bluetooth speakers (also perfect for a backyard barbecue! ) To Bluetooth earbuds that you can use in conjunction with your sports armband to your Smartphone while walking or running as you enjoy the great outdoors.
